- Complete checkout using your correct email address.
- Your reading is prepared and your English PDF is emailed to the address used at checkout.
Is this an instant download?
No. Every reading is made to order. A finished PDF is prepared after payment and all required details have been received.
When will I receive it?
Same-hour preparation begins after confirmed payment and complete order details. Please email us before ordering to confirm current availability. If a delay occurs, contact us for an update.
How do I send coffee cup photos?
After ordering, email clear photos of the inside of your cup, its sides and saucer to frateserhesap@gmail.com. Include your order number and question.
Where is my PDF?
Check the email address used at checkout, including spam and promotions folders. If you cannot find or open it, email us with your order number.
What information should I share?
Your first name, question and brief relevant context. Do not send card details, identity documents, medical records or other sensitive information.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Readings are symbolic and subjective, for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not replace professional medical, legal, financial or mental health advice.
Is anything shipped?
No. All products are digital services delivered in English PDF format.
