Cancellations and refunds

Email frateserhesap@gmail.com with your order number for cancellations, changes or delivery problems. Contact us promptly so we can check preparation status.

If a reading is missing, inaccessible or does not match the purchased description, we will investigate and arrange an appropriate correction or refund where applicable. Readings do not guarantee future events or particular outcomes.

Where applicable law gives you cancellation or withdrawal rights, exercise them by clearly telling us by email. EU consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a service contract, subject to applicable exceptions. Purchase alone does not waive mandatory withdrawal rights. Any consequences of expressly requesting early performance are determined by applicable law.

Approved refunds use the original payment method. Provider processing times vary. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.
